The location was fantastic the staff helpfull, the complimentary trip to Muruno Island was well worth and much better than we usually find in Venice- the acommodations were clean and comfortable.
Also hotel staff spoke great english & were very friendly and breakfast was lovely.
Hotel room was cleaned, staff were very accomodating and lovely.

The location is inarguably fantastic, this hotel is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and the girl at the reception doesnt speak English that well. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are nice, breakfast is standard and overall I think is good value for money.
