  Wonderful wonderful place, fantastic Staff and the room was clean and the reception counter was friendly. Bar was great for drinks and the restaurant provided full service and very good food.

  Our friends recommended this hotel for an amazing affordable getaway, friendly staff and the bedding looked to be new and the room was clean. Jacuzzi were great, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and generously portioned.

  Very, very friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Good food, large indoor pool.

  And it’s really too expensive for the poor quality offers, not as appealing as the lobby and the worst treatment by an employee at the counter very ignorant.

  Convenient location to queen', rooms in West Tower were clean and comfortable, the only thing I liked about my stay at the Ambassador Conference Resort was leaving. The representatives in the lobby were polite, friendly and helpful, service was great. The water playground was decent, the jacuzzi was huge and the toilet was dirty. Restaurant had fabulous food.

  The location is good, the hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean, the pool is great, the Gym was well equipped and the hot tub in our bedroom was very relaxing. Decent fitness facility and right beside a wetland, the restaurant has awesome food.

  The location is great for shopping, the hotel is near the train station and the Front Desk staff is very accommodating. The water complex is nice, the food is always hot and delicious.

  Price and location was convenient for our needs, the hotel has recently been refurbished and looks great, the staff were friendly upon check in. The beds were very comfortable, restaurant was good and the pool was well maintained.

  By the way, the city is beautiful, the standard of decor here and in the restarurant are very good, the staff is amazing. The rooms are always clean.

  The pool area was nice and clean and well staffed, the restaurant was just as great as the rest of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was very good.

  All our friends commented on the friendly staff in the restaurant area and we checked in, the decor was nice, clean room. The service was excellent and water Slide was great. The food was very good.
