We needed a place for cruise, everything was really good. We had a VERY NICE stay in Akrotiri.

Excellent service, though a few employees were terrible. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner, I tried hot dishes.

We were impressed by the kind and helpful staff who booked our trips and arranged our airport pickup and car rental. We also appreciated the complimentary beach towels and chairs provided by the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had light and airy feelings. The breakfast choices were impressive, and the food on offer for lunch and dinner was delicious. Additionally, the hotel's private pool was constantly cleaned, which was a big plus. Lastly, the hotel had a fantastic location in easy reach of all the places we wanted to visit on the island.

Had a very enjoyable stay for a perfect vacation & will choose the place for future trips. The hotel was the best base for enjoying a quiet area, really close to Santorini at the Ambassador Agean, such as the archaeological site and the aegean sea and mountains. I liked the room, it was spotless, huge. The staff were very friendly and know their duties.

The Ambassador hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is simply breathtaking. Situated at the very bottom of the property and built into the cliffs on the southern side of the island, the views are truly mesmerizing. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome to the attentive service throughout our stay, they made us feel like valued guests. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The large bathroom tub and shower offered luxurious relaxation, and the great views just added to the whole experience. Also, the breakfast served was delicious and had a good selection to choose from.

I was absolutely blown away by the stunning views from my room at Ambassador Aegean Luxury Hotel & Suites. The panoramic view of the Aegean sea and mountains was breathtaking. I even had my maternity photoshoot on the patio with the private pool - a memory I'll cherish forever. The cave suite was pristine and the hotel staff were incredibly warm and courteous. The delicious breakfast and tasty vegetarian options at the poolside cafe were a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

The moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the luxury and 5-star service. We enjoyed breakfast in the comfort of our room, overlooking the beautiful Caldera, and the variety of food and service at the Cabo Rosso Restaurant was outstanding. The highlight of our stay was the birthday surprise arranged by Miss Alexandria and her team at the hotel's concierge. My husband couldn't get enough of his cake and now wants a birthday in Santorini every year! If you want value for your money and an experience to cherish forever, Ambassador Santorini Hotel is the place to go. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel located away from the hectic tourist areas of Santorini. The location is serene, perched right on the cliffs. We loved our spacious suite with a private plunge pool, and the breakfast was simply phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant Cabo Rosso, right outside the hotel, for fine dining with breathtaking views. We also appreciated the concierge’s recommendations for some fantastic nearby restaurants.

We were disappointed that the noise from the air conditioning unit in our room was a bit too loud at night.

Free breakfast in bed and complementary hot drinks every morning were great. Location is perfect for nearby sightseeing. We loved the pool and the sun loungers were very comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned daily and our towels were not changed. The Wi-Fi signal was poor as it kept disconnecting which was very frustrating.

The breakfast options were delicious and there was a variety of food to choose from. The pool was great for relaxation and there were plenty of lounge chairs to use. The location was convenient and we were able to easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants.
