The chef's cuisine was simply delightful, and the staff spoke great English - what a relief! The comfortable terrace was perfect for enjoying a freshly made aperitif.

The gym was a hidden treasure, as there was no information about its location. How mysterious!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Our third stay here, the lady at the reception recognized us immediately. Price/performance of the menu very good. Breakfast good, you can squeeze orange juice fresh. The parking facilities are perfect, large parking spaces in the closed underground car park.

Very nice atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff. Eating in a restaurant is highly recommended.

Swimming pool too small when there are many guests in the hotel. Lots of mosquitoes in summer.

I had a great experience at a modern hotel near the highway. The staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and even provided complimentary tea and treats upon request. The interior of the hotel was lovely and the wifi connection was excellent, allowing me to work without any issues. a fantastic stay.

Great value for money with a spacious connecting room and a comfortable double bed for the kids. The location was perfect, halfway between Lyon city and the airport, making it convenient for our early flight. The room and bathroom were lovely, and the breakfast was decent. The small gym was a bonus for a short stay and the free parking was hassle-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. Windows could be opened and aircon was unnecessary. The bed was comfortable and free lemon water was a nice touch at reception. WiFi connection was great. Our rooms were not cleaned but reception was helpful with AC. Cleverly designed building, good dinner, and great room. Not at the airport, 8km away, easy to find with clean, spacious rooms, great shower, and AC. Shuttle van available.

we stayed at the hotel because it was near to the Lyon airport and had secure parking. i was impressed that the hotel remained open even though we were the only guests on Easter Sunday. The shower was great. Other french hotels we stayed in , the showers were not so. The staff were very helpful. .I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

One minor improvement would be a business room with a printer to print boarding passes

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The location was convenient, right in between the city and the airport. Plus, the free parking was definitely a bonus.

The pool was closed despite the warm weather and the gym was small with limited equipment. Most frustratingly, the air conditioning did not work properly, making our New Year's stay uncomfortably warm.

No hassle check in and out, simple but comfortable room, attractive breakfast buffet with a wide range of choices. Croissants were excellent. Our dog was kindly received.

During our stay at the hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The comfortable seating area in the hotel reception was a great place to relax. The availability of free parking on site was a definite plus for us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The coffee provided was of good quality, which was a nice touch.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the toilet being separated from the bathroom and the limited bathroom amenities , these did not significantly impact our stay.
