The main problem was that when our relatives arrived there was an issue with their internet booking and the hotel wanted to them pay an extra 36 euros a night.
We like the location it was close to the beach and the train station to go to Lisbon.
Great location next to the beach, lovely hotel and very accessible to Cascais without the exorbitant prices charged there.
Excellent location close to delights of estoril, the hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap if you do not want to drive or walk.
Yes, it is near the Casino etc, but it was very very quiet, and close to the station for day trips to Lisbon if required.
We were staying with a small baby and had a broken travel cot for the first night, but this was replaced the next day, there are also no kettles in the rooms but we were given hot water every night to make the baby's milk.
Very attractive decor, spacious rooms w/ HD LCD TVs and great pool.

The breakfasts are good and there are nice nearby restaurants (we didnt try the hotel restaurant, but it was open).
There is no restaurant but they serve a good buffet breakfast.
We would certainly return there and hope that next time that the restaurant was open in the evening, which it wasn't during our stay, but we did find alternative places to eat close by.
The restaurants and other shops lack character and seem more interested in making money than providing a positive experience for tourists.
I would recommend the Jackpot restaurant around the corner for dinner - good quality and good value.
