I absolutely loved the charming and cozy ambiance of the hotel. The decor, especially in the indoor area with the small pool and waterfall, was delightful. It had a touch of eccentricity with toucans painted on chairs, which added a unique charm to the place. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements in this area, where I could relax with a cold brew.

I would have preferred better accessibility for senior people. The stairs leading to the elevator were a challenge for my bad knees.

A refreshing pool area and a helpful staff member made my stay at Amazon Plaza in Cuiaba very enjoyable. The pool may be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the main road, but it provided a great spot to relax and cool off. I must mention the older lady who spoke excellent English and went out of her way to assist me during my stay. I would happily recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the higher floors. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was abundant and satisfying. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, being very near to the historic center. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Our romantic escape was a great value hotel experience! The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the hotel was located in a convenient area near plenty of shopping and beautiful views. The restaurant was very good too, with a wonderful variety of food options available. Best of all, the comfortable and attractive rooms allowed us to fully relax in privacy and comfort.

We did have a few issues with the hotel during our stay. The first was that we had to climb a lot of stairs to reach our room, which was a challenge for myself due to bad knees.

Great Breakfast and Clean Rooms

We stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with ample selections. The rooms were clean and quiet which helped us sleep very well. The hotel is also near a shopping center and restaurants which is convenient for tourists. the air conditioning worked perfectly and made the stay comfortable especially in the heat.

The staff was not efficient in speaking English which made communication difficult. We also found the decor of the hotel to be a bit dated and gaudy.

The property was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Comfortable room and bed.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the town center and close to the airport. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with spotless bathrooms and well-functioning AC. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options and the staff was polite and professional. There was an indoor pool area with a relaxing patio and a small waterfall, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The pool didn't seem to be well-maintained and the water cleanliness was questionable.

Recently stayed at Hotel Amazon Plaza for a week-long vacation. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleaning service was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The hotel itself was charming, and the cleaning lady was very friendly. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace by the pool, which had a lovely water feature.

Can definitely recommend this hotel.
