Everything was as described in advertising.

A little further from main area than I had thought. Also a bit surprised that payment for the room was taken from my visa before I had even checked into the hotel that afternoon, when I had intended to pay in local currency. Didn't find this out until checking out the next morning, where language became a difficulty in making myself understood. Ended up having to pay again in currency and fingers crossed that visa payment would be reversed (which it eventually was). Seemed a strange process. Otherwise the room itself was fine.

Lastly, the hotel's location on the main street was perfect, allowing easy access to popular attractions such as Malioboro and the Keraton. it was a pleasant stay with great value for money.
