  Staff were friendly and in an unbeatable location, probably the worst thing about the hotel was plug accessibility. Service was excellent and the bed was sumptuous and the pillows perfect. The cajun restaurant next door was very good.

  The big attraction was the staff and the decor was beautiful. The evening reception was very nice as well, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean, continental breakfast daily included in rates.

  The location is good , only three blocks from michigan ave, many thanks for being one of the best hotel stays I can honestly say Ive stayed at and air conditioning is highly responsive and quiet.
