Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.
We feel that the hotel needs to get some advice from someone who is experienced in these matters to smooth out the rough edges and the things which aren't quite right, and which you can reasonably expect in this price range.
Oh and then you had to pay extra to use it, so it was not exactly a facility readily available to hotel guests as suggested in their literature.
The hotel is in a superb location, a short stroll from the square and less than 5mins walk from the train station.
Excellent location which meant a very short walk to the main square which is full of excellent pubs/restaurants etc.
The main draw of the hotel is the location.
Returning to the airport we ordered a taxi, which was standard fare for the trip, of 80 zlotys.
The hotel does not have a grand facade - in fact I wondered where I had booked when the taxi from the airport pulled up outside!
We were upgraded to a suite which had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a jacuzzi bath!
The room and size were average, gingersnap cookies on the bed were a nice touch (although, there is no nightly turn down service to the cookies never appeared again).
Our room was very spacious, thankfully air-conditioned and with a lovely bathroom.
The room was very spacious I think it must have been a suite although we didn't pay any more money for this.
From the softness and comfort of the beds, the extensive breakfasts served in the room and the massage provided by friendly, professional staff ,we could not fault our stay.
Breakfast was excellent and in a charming restaurant located in the basement, complete with stone walls, etc.
We only ever ate breakfast at the hotel (and given the wide choice of first-class restaurants in town, this was an easy decision), and again, this didn't live up to our expectations.
Bar & breakfast staff also friendly and helpful.
Rooms were large, hotel very well kept, breakfast adequate and small but nice bar.
We stayed for three nights/four days at a cost of around £390 which included breakfasts, evening meals and massage in our room.
The reception area was a little bit dark, perhaps they just leave the lights off during the day, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and always available to assist.
Excellent room,friendly staff and great service.
The reception staff were only too willing to help with any queries which we had.
All staff were very hospitable, reception constantly manned and it all felt very safe and secure.
The hotel was advertised as having both a sauna and a fitness suite.
We were asked to sit in their small lobby and rest while they checked other hotels - this was very thoughtful and something three other hotels had not offered to us.
On arrival at Krakow there are free shuttle buses to a nearby station.
We were very happy to have our bags off our backs, and settle into a clean room.
We were very lucky with the room we were allocated - it was at the front and was of a great size, very clean and well appointed.
The room was very nice, totally clean and comfortable.
