Getting there

From M5 North, make your way to the A38 signed to Thornbury and Bristol. Turn right into Davids Lane. You will see the hotel on your right. From M5 South, leave M5 and take the first exit from the roundabout - A38 to Thornbury and Gloucester. Follow it until you see the hotel on the left hand side. From M4 East, leave the M5 at junction 16 and take the third exit from the roundabout - A38 to Thornbury and Gloucester. From M48, take second exit at roundabout, followed by the first left B4461. Follow it to Alveston and turn left onto Down Road. Turn right into Greenhill Road and third left into Davids Lane.

Getting around

The hotel offers free parking to residents and guests. It lies within easy access of the M4/M5 motorways. The bus stop for the 309 and 310 that take you to the city center are opposite the hotel. Bristol Parkway train station is just 13km away.

Rooms were comfortable and our dog was made welcome, staff were friendly and helpful.

Hairs in the shower and the toilet pan was dirty, price for continental and full English breakfast should be separated.

Very convenient location for bristol and bus stops opposite direct into Bristol. Hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are friendly and professional. Beds are wonderfully comfortable and very attentive and the food is really lovely.
