Staff made arrangements for a meal to be served in the cafeteria (as an alternative to the restuarant) as we were not allowed to take the dog in the restuarant.

On checking out had to wait 20 minutes because the electricity was off for a repair to be carried out. Asked for a complimentary coffee whilst we had to wait and was refused!! One of the 2 rooms was cold and very noisy due to wind on the windows. hotel certainly lived up to its name!!

The staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances considering they had very few hotel guests. The rooms were clean.

The restaurant food was well below par and having seen the chefs appearance of a dirty white top, scruffy jeans and dirty trainers, I am not surprised. We were the only guests to use the restaurant, now we now why. They couldn't even supply us with the dishes that we ordered also they had a wine list but could only supply one of the wines that were on the list. Having looked at their web sight, they should consider changing it and be a bit more honest. We would never again consider using this hotel it was a disgrace. We have traveled all over Europe and never come across a hotel like this that was so poor.

Dogs were allowed and free wi-fi

The location could be better but it is ok for an overnight stay,there was a restaurant but a snack machine would have been handy,also no coffee or tea facilities,the room had a soft drinks mini-bar but only had 2 small bottles of water in it both times we stayed,we choose this hotel because of the dog and its proximity to the A2 Madrid Road

The room was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The underground garage is used as a building site store and was full of dust when I tried to leave.

Rooms were nice and quiet, bathroom well equipped. Nothing really bad to say.

The grouting around the bath needed fixing and a few broken tiles in the bathroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and was made so welcome by all the staff. I would like to pass on my thanks to all of them. I especially liked the restuarant facilities and the standard of the food was brilliant. It is a great pity that there were not more people using the restuarant which deserves a high profile. The standard and choice of the breakfast was also very good indeed. The design of the hotel was also very impressive. You have some excellent and committed staff. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for giving me such an enjoyable experience during my stay.

The setting of the hotel, of course, leaves much to be desired but I guess that there isn't much anyone can do about this in these difficult economic times. The position of the hotel is unfortunate. The nearness of the wind turbines was not a problem at all. There was also a somewhat unpleasant smell in my room and this may have been the cleaning solution used or it may have come from the drains. This certainly could have been improved.

It was a Sunday night when we arrived the reastuarant was shut the staff spoke little English and told us 5 mins walk there where places to eat they where also shut and we endeed up on a motorway reastaurantThe manager the next day made good or problem by giving a discount ont he bill

Very kind staff, good facility, cheap price, easy access from highway.

It's great that they offer free wi-fi around the whole hotel. The view up at the 3rd floor restaurant is good, as well as the food.

Certain rooms (e.g. 101, 102) have only one window and it's facing a brick wall.

We booked for breakfast included specified as buffet breakfast (Price 9€) and we were told we were only allowed for continental breakfast (Price 4,5€) made of two biscottes and a tea. Later when we realised and called the hotel to mention the problem we were told it was our responsability to check and they could not do anything given it was booked through Booked.net. At the end we paid 36€ (4 persons) and had a very poor breakfast (not even worth 4.5€) Hopefully you can come back to me to see how can be solved this problem.

An impressive hotel with staff to match The restaurant was first rate and was prices of accomadation and meals very reasonably

Shame about the temporary. generator - with so many wind generators around the hotel it makes the wind museum across the road a little out of place! - A kettle in room would be of benifit - I liked the safe but it would be better fixed!!!! - I liked the Fridge but it would be better if working and cold - I liked the large TV but only Spanish in an area of European Visitors?
