Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good food.

The staff are always courteous, comfortable bed contributed to a superb nights sleep and excellent spot for our purpose - visiting local relatives.

Having gone back up to our room the noise kept going for another half an hour whilst we turned the TV up to try and drown it out.

Staff were friendly and helpful, was able to check in15 min before as room was ready.

Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Even though the food in the hotel is fine, being on the outskirts of the town centre a five minute gives you more than enough choice of restaurants/pubs.

Headed straight for the hotel bar - Fine and friendly staff.

The look of the reception area was fairly welcoming this was ruined by the unwelcoming staff, hotel had a friendly atmostshere and provided great service.

Good service all round, large room and bar staff friendly and helpful.

All in all - no moans about the weekend itself, was very good, just think very bad planning and management and even worse customer service from the hotel staff have all been evident.

Staff very nice too, lovely hot shower and efficient waitress served us our evening meal.
