The stay here was perfect 10/10, loved the hotel, it was overall clean with comfortable location adjacent to a sports bar & another club and the restaurants to the west and northwest.

Perfectly clean, recently refurbished hotel, perfect rooms and very very helpful staff. Units with a shower. Excellent super central location, next to the train station in the restaurants to the west, restaurants, bars and main railway station and many bars. Nearby Nagel - great place to chill out. Flexible check-in, late check-out. Everything amazing.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautifully decorated hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel might be located in a not-so-nice neighborhood, but the central location made it convenient to explore Hamburg. The room was clean, and the recently renovated bathroom was a plus. The staff was friendly, and the free sparkling water was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, and the cozy interior felt like being in a traditional Bavarian setting.
The room lacked air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during hot summer days.

This was a great hotel offering super service with unique style, me my friends will surly book again when visiting Hamburg... the clubs close by were great and mind the red light district unless you came here for that type of thing... hehe
I liked everything, really it was simple, clean, fresh and they only need to upgrade bath tubs to showers but its perfect since we can all live with that.

The location was fantastic. 2 min walk to Hauptbahnhof/Underground. 5 min walk to shopping. For those who are visiting the Messe it´s very good.The Hotel is a small familyhotel. Nice staff and clean.It is an small old hotel, but it is OK to stay over night.
More TV channels for europeans who not understand German language. Change the TV to LED or Plasma. No radio.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was just across the main station. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff was welcoming and always had a big smile. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a good mix of traditional and modern décor.
