We recently stayed at an all-inclusive hotel in a convenient location. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food was abundant, fresh, and tasty, with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing escape from the busy hotel atmosphere. The drinks were flowing, and we highly recommend trying the daily cocktails. our experience at Alpinresort Valsaa - Sport & Spa was fantastic.

The tower suite with its sauna was a dream. Beautiful view, spacious over 2 floors.

It was our second time at this hotel and we were disappointed. Unfriendly, note in front of the door that you should already pay for the room on the eve of the day of departure. This is not possible in this price range.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel and they made special arrangements for us. The duplex suite with Jacuzzi, romantic lights above the bed, music player, and sauna added to the overall pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the hotel was clean and had fast wifi. The variety of food was good, and the all-inclusive drinks were excellent, including the local weissbeer. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and excellent views of the mountains were a plus.

Staying at this ski hotel was an incredible experience. The location couldn't be better, it was close to the main gondolas, transport links, and the X-press ski lift. The room was wonderful, very clean, with comfy duvets and pillows. The bathroom was spacious, with a heated towel rail, and lots of toiletries. Staff were helpful, friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and great coffee. The spa facilities were awesome, with both indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. it was an unforgettable stay.

The lunchtime options for younger kids were a bit limited.

Excellent service and hospitality, exceeded our expectations. We arrived late due to a delayed transfer and missed dinner, but the staff went above and beyond by inviting us to join for a full dinner experience. The room was beautiful and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and ample storage. The meals were outstanding, with delicious food options and a great selection of drinks. The spa and pools were a highlight, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of skiing. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely consider returning in the future.

The sauna area was very good, the room was good and bed comfortable, the food was good and staff helpful. We also got a room upgrade which was good.

The dining in the evening seemed a bit chaotic as no one seemed to know what table we were on.

Varied and delicious food, helpful staff, and great spa facilities. The hotel also offers a good selection of wines as part of the package.

Amazing stay with great location, good breakfast and friendly staff! Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and convenient location within walking distance of main attractions. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help out with anything we needed. Love the ski wax service and the fact that lunch was included.

Although overall a positive experience, the only downside was that the boot room was located on -1 which was a bit inconvenient after a long day of exploring the city. as the hotel is quite popular, the elevator could sometimes be a bit crowded during peak hours.
