We had a fantastic time at Vaya! Our stay was for a week-long ski trip and the location was perfect, just steps away from the ski lifts. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and rustic touches. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the slopes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mario and Ariana who always went above and beyond to make us feel special. The food was delicious and varied, with a great breakfast spread and beautifully prepared dinners. The spa area was a lovely bonus after a long day on the slopes. a top-notch hotel experience.
Can recommend this hotel.

Food occasionally disappointing.

I had a fantastic stay at a ski hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. Location-wise, it couldn't be better - being just next to the lift to the mountain made it extremely convenient to hit the slopes early in the morning. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel is above acceptable standards and the breakfast buffet had everything to keep me fueled up for the day. The staff are very accommodating and speak English which made communication for non-native speakers like me a breeze.
Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is in a very quiet area with nice views, ideal for exploring the mountains. The facilities here are excellent, including a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. The staff provide good service and the rooms are well-equipped with amenities like heating, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The dining options, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area, are great. Furthermore, this place offers a variety of activities such as hiking, cycling, and even a golf course.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Great location right on the slopes, with easy access to ski hire shop and ski school. In-house ski hire shop and ski school, making it convenient for families with children. Spacious and comfortable family rooms, perfect for accommodating all members. Good meals, with buffet options and occasional choice of main course. Lovely views from the dining area, overlooking the slopes and snowploughs. Nice pool and spa area, with great views of the nursery slopes and black runs. Perfect for parents to watch their children ski down the nursery slope. A summer visit offered discounts on buses and cable cars, thanks to the included Summer Card. Friendly and welcoming staff, who were attentive and spoke English well.
Expensive drinks, which could add up to the overall cost of the holiday. Limited variety of children's food, although smaller portions of adult meals were available.

Great ski-in ski-out location, which made it easy to hit the slopes early in the morning. loved the cozy bar with a fireplace to warm up by after a cold day on the mountain. Free bus to town was a bonus and made it easy to explore after skiing.
While the staff was friendly, it seemed like they were understaffed and couldn't keep up with the demand. , the room was a bit small and outdated, with no coffee/tea facilities or ironing board available.

Loved the snack bar with its traditional and international dishes. The summer hiking trails and biking trips were a blast. Dinner was delicious, especially the weekly farmers buffet. The wellness area was perfect for relaxation. The sun terrace was a great place to hang out.
Snow during breakfast can ruin the view.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a few steps away from the slopes, and very close to three different gondolas. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a lot of hot and cold options for breakfast, and generous four-course dinners. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
The drinks were very expensive, so we decided to buy our own drinks in town and save some money. the rooms were a bit chilly, but we were able to solve this by requesting extra blankets.

This hotel is situated near the center but down a steep hill. You can congregate in reception or in a communal area outside the main restaurant, which offers amazing views. You can easily jump on the buses that run frequently from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and well serviced daily. The food at breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There were issues with the availability of all-inclusive food, leading to high unexpected charges for minor items, such as sandwiches and drinks.

Christopher
A snack bar with juicy burgers right next to the slopes, beautiful hiking and biking trips, delicious dinner, spacious wellness area, great sun terrace.
The pastries were just waiting to be topped with a selection of local cheeses, smoked salmon, or sausages. Not value for money!
