I chose Alpine Lodge for its close proximity to the Pedestrianised Promenade and Shopping Mile. However, I was pleasantly surprised by their car in the hotel's own garage for CHF 20.00 per day. It provided convenience and peace of mind during my stay. The in-house restaurant served varied Swiss cuisine with an international touch in a relaxed atmosphere, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The breakfast here is good and served in the morning, and the staff are all very helpful, making your stay in the Saanen district well worth it.

We had a fantastic time at the Alpine Lodge! The hotel had excellent amenities for the family, including a well-equipped gym and saunas. The staff were welcoming and the rooms were spacious with an additional guest toilet. The location was surrounded by breathtaking mountains and offered a close connection with nature. We even had the opportunity to witness a stunning starry sky and see cows grazing nearby in the morning. There was also a wall for climbing in our room, which added an exciting touch to our stay.

The staff is incredibly kind and dedicated to their job. The owners are on property making sure that their guests are well looked after. I honestly enjoyed this little boutique hotel, with in walking distance to Gstaad center, and with a free car service that will take you to and from mountains or city centers. (a very nice touch) There is also a ski rental inside the hotel which makes life very simple... This hotel honestly has everything that you need... in addition to sustainable hospitality with locals delivering the service.... I would come back... I felt at home

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a cozy chalet feel. The hotel also had a great range of amenities, including a pool, sauna, and play room for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the wait staff in the restaurant. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Gstaad "downtown" and the bus station for exploring the area. Plus, the breakfast included was a great bonus.

Had a grwat stay; very friendly staff; comfortable, clean room. The pool and garden are wonderful. Will definately return in the near future and recommend this place to friends and family.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum and I was pleased with their efficient services such as express check-in/check-out, luggage storage, room service, and meeting facilities. The staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center where I could easily access a computer and printing facilities.

The combination of spa facilities and access to skiing was very convenient for my husband and myself. excellent pool and gym available all day. Sauna etc available form 3pm. All staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all levels. The half board option was on offer for a stay of 3 or more nights, for only 10 francs each per night. excellent value to try out local specialities without having to leave the hotel to find restaurants at a bit of a distance in Gstaad or Saanen. the hotel minibus was available to take skiers to open slopes. Skis could be booked in the hotel. Very warm and clean. Good play area inside for families if required.

sharing a table with families rather than having our own table was slightly annoying but no explanation was offered.

Staff are welcoming, friendly and efficient. Convenient location for both Saanen and Gstaad (10 minutes walk from each). Very good wellness facilities for a hotel of this size.
