Great staff and clean rooms. A large jacuzzi and very tasty food. Guests just started piling beer bottles, nice pool.

The view is great, just beyond Cookeville on a country exit convenient to interstate and the whole place is very clean. The staff is awesome and room cleanliness is superb. The coffee's hot and the fruit is usually good, besides the landscaping and the pool that is all that is nice.

The entire town of Cookeville were very nice to us and the view was wonderful. The service was quite good, the room was well above our expectations and the continental breakfast was more than enough.

Offers outdoor picturesque views in every direction, great Place and the price is very reasonable. The staff are all friendly and the owners just don't turn on the air till the guests get there. The rooms are clean.
