Little and great venue, magnificent location really close to shopping mall and restaurants, Westfield shopping center, and the shops and railway station. Welcoming staff, friendlyservices, including plenty of excellent delicacies.

Staff is super friendly and you can park your car nearby. The hotel offers well laid out and extremely pleasant rooms with comfortable beds, locked access and new bathroom.

This hotel is a great value for money with its convenient location close to New Market shopping centre and bus routes to downtown. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were provided. The rooms with a balcony were a nice touch.
There were a few areas of improvement needed. For example, the cleanliness of the room on the ground floor was not up to standard as there were noodles left uncleaned in one corner. Additionally, the breakfast only included bacon and eggs with toast, but did not include tea or coffee, which would have been a nice addition.

Language barrier Staff could not understand us.we wanted exta towels & dish liquid(never got) Had to ask for a can opener,bowl, dinner plates knife - this side of the unit was poor - we operated quite well with just 2 knife fork & spoon. there were sharp nails poking up in the doorway to the bathroom. not clean. having to climb into the shower via a steep step was dangerous.
