The service was effective, speedy, and always with a smile, no matter the time of day or night. The staff was extra kind to the children, which was a plus for families with young kids. I loved the proximity to the learning piste for ski-in and ski-out access and the relaxation area with the spa, sauna, and pools. The breakfast spread was divine, and dinner was exquisite. The staff, especially our waiter Lazlo, provided exceptional attention to detail. We even compared his service to the Orient Express and found it even better. The bar staff, including Felix and the bar manager, were delightful, and Oli impressed us with his incredible wine knowledge. We've booked again for March, which is rare for us. it was a memorable and special stay.

A special highlight was the excellent, multi-course dinner menu. The staff was extremely friendly and always endeavoured to fulfil all wishes. The room was very comfortable, the sauna area very appealing.

The entire staff was excellently trained and very, very nice. Our waiter "Sebastian" was top! the kitchen is very recommendable and also extra wishes are fulfilled!

Fantastic location, direct access to the slopes/lifts, true ski in-ski out. Beautiful mountain views, quiet location. Wonderful pool/spa with superb treatments. Great varied breakfast and evening meals, wonderful friendly attentive staff.

Since this hotel is difficult to top in every aspect, there is nothing that we didn't like very much. The cherry on the top is surely the staff.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a ski center connection for easy access to skiing. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making for an enjoyable stay. The sommelier Oliver is incredibly knowledgeable and the hotel boasts an impressive selection of fine wines.

For us it was ideal.

The entire place has a high feel-good factor. The evening menu and the service are above average. Particularly in the room a sufficient cabinet is available. This is especially important for winter holidays.

My stay at Alpen-Wellness Resort Hochfirst was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel like VIPs. They even had our requested treats waiting in our room, including a fruit salad for the kids and hand made dark chocolates for my husband. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and top-notch quality. Our children loved the activities at the children's club, and the spacious room was perfect for our family. The location was convenient for ski school and accessing both Obergurgl and Solden. We can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and fabulous service.

Very good breakfast buffet, with fresh live kitchen. Evening menus were always very balanced. If a course or the whole menu did not fit, there is a free alternative menu.

The quality of the hotel and facilities were absolutely mind-blowing, just as a 5-star hotel should be. The staff were beyond super, providing speedy and effective service with a constant smile. They were extra kind to the children, making it an EXCELLENT choice for families. The ski-in ski-out connection with the ski center was jaw-dropping, and the proximity to the learning piste and relaxation area was fantastic. The breakfast spread was divine and the dinner was exquisite. The spa, sauna, and pools were phenomenal, especially the warm outside pool. The restaurant offered Michelin star quality food, with outstanding service. The knowledge of the sommelier Oliver in terms of the incredible wine selection was impressive. We also loved the staff members, Lazlo our brilliant waiter, Felix in the bar, and the bar manager. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made our stay even more special. We are already planning to book another stay in March, which says a lot about our experience.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every need was catered to. The Spa & wellness centre was a true highlight, boasting a wide array of treatments and amenities. The indoor swimming pool was pristine and the sauna was pure bliss. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant was also amazing with a variety of dishes that left us feeling fully satisfied.

The only small issue we encountered was with the service at the bar. It was slow to begin with and there was no live entertainment to keep us occupied while we waited.
