This hotel is a luxurious gem with exclusive amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the shuttle service to the skiing location is impeccable. The lounge bar is homey, and the lady running it remembers everything. The hotel's little luxuries such as the heated boot driers and the stunning views make the guests feel at home.

The hotel lacked adequate free lounge seating in the living areas.

We stayed in a family suite (2+1). Fabulous! Alpen Suite Hotel really deserves its ****S. The hotel is located near the centre of Madonna Di Campiglio, a walking distance from the first ski lift. Convenient transport was provided from in front of the ski room in the underground garage to any of MdC’s cable car stations. Transportation back was available on request at any time. The hotel has got excellent wellness facilities, including swimming pool and lovely saunas free of charge. Breakfast, bar and restaurant were great too. Staff were helpful on any matters and always very attentive, but leaving you a space to breath. It’s a good one!

We had some problems with the internet-it works only 10 minutes.We would also like to have a kettle in our room.

Apart from being a very good hotel the restaurant is one of the very best we have eaten at.We have benn lucky enough to eat at some of the finest places around the world and this was right up there.It astonished us.We decided to take the half board break on arrival and could not believe the quality and presentation of the food.This was made all the more remarkable by the very moderate price of the half board additional rate at 20 Euro per person .

For my Xmas vacation, I stayed in a hotel nestled close to the idyllic winter slopes! I was impressed with the splendid service offered by their staff and the delicious breakfast that included a variety of items. I really appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to the restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment spots in the city, which helped me save a lot on transport. The icing on the cake was the shuttle service that saved me the hassle of waiting on a long queue for public transport.

I also had to bear with the noise levels that were exasperated by some younger guests on certain nights. Finally, though the staff was friendly, I felt that the rooms could have been serviced more regularly to maintain its cleanliness.

Fabulous staff. very attentive and friendly. the hotel is intimate and classy. great facility for skiing and relaxing. we enjoyed it very much.

No es referente al hotel sino a que booking me dice que hay mucha demanda que no queda alojamiento y al llegar está todo el pueblo de Madonna di Campiglio vacio. Ya nos pasó lo mismo el año pasada en Val d Isere me siento engañada deberian advertir que hay muy pocos hoteles abiertos por la poca demanda en la fecha,uso mucho booking pero esta actitud no me parece correcta por favor observar y reveer

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and always willing to help me out with whatever I needed. The best part was how close it was to the ski lift - it saved me so much time in the mornings! The hotel also had really clean facilities, free parking, and it was located right in the center of the village. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing too - there were so many options to choose from!

Not one thing comes to mind. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back again.

All was very very good. It was hotel I like and I recommend it to other people who like high standard and service. It is very important take half board because dinner is amazing. Shuttle from hotel to ski lift and return at any time. Small spa was enough but would be better. I am sure I will back there. Breakfast - it is 7 points because I couldn't eat sausage and vegetables morning only range of preparing different eggs was wide and tasty.

Please change internet forwarder. It was terrible. Speed of internet was poooooooooooor.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The hotel had a nice family feel about it. They were very geared up for skiing and had a shuttle bus that stopped at the ski room for guests to drop off their gear.

Some of the hotels were right next to the start if ski runs whereas this one you had to take a shuttle bus. It was within walking distance of the shops though. There was a heated pool but the temp was a little cold (I noticed many people going to the sauna but few went swimming!).

Spent Easter at this hotel and I had a great time! Loved the fact that they had a ski shuttle which made traveling around really easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive too and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby town and restaurants. The spa was relaxing and had a good range of treatments available which were great after a day out in the cold.

The pool, the water was a little too cold for my liking but maybe that was just a personal preference. , the food portions were a little small which was a shame because the dishes tasted great but didn't keep me full for very long.

This Hotel is in very conveniant location for tourists. All restaurant and supermarket were close by. The scenery is fantastic and fabulous. Recommend to have a car to see more places around.

The internet is not as good as it should be, it keeps cutting in the rooms most of the time.

We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable suite, well-located near the ski lifts and village centre. The room was cozy and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast had a variety of options including a la carte menu and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area was well-maintained and enjoyable after a long day of skiing. The underground parking and ski room facilities were also convenient.

The children's playroom facilities were inadequate, with old and incomplete toys.
