Well presented hotel, the new building and steaks at a really reasonable price.
Formerly an Ottoman mansion, this charming boutique hotel is delightful, centrally located, and a solid value.
A terrific value and lovely hotel with pool.
There we were told that we were carrying a bottle of water and we were forbidden to bring water into the hotel as we had to buy their water ( at expensive prices).
The old city location is wonderfully close to the port as well as Hedrion's gate.
The location in excellent, set within the walls of the old city and close to shops and bars etc.
The location is perfect in the middle of the Old town, but no beaches nearby.
Even on our last day when we were concerned that the taxi had not arrived to take us to the airport the receptionist was more than willing to help solve our problem.
The last insult was our "transfer" to the airport ,we paid the hotel 25 euros for their air conditioned van ,we were provided with a very small taxi with no seatbelts and bungie cords for our luggage.
Loved the Fetih Pasha Suite with its romantic canopy bed and beautiful art near the headboard.
The room was clean the bed was too hard, the buffet was like a large school canteen meal.

Our room was noisy as the water heating tank for the hotel was behind our bedroom wall and we were woken up at all hours of the night because of this.
They offered us the 'Beethoven Suite' ; a spaceous room with whirlpool, kitchenette and Plasma TV in a newly renovated adjacent building for an additional 25.

Hotel rates include meals, mostly made to the taste of European tour groups that are the primary hotel guests; Turkish food is not much in sight, and the breakfast coffee is so think it is entirely undrinkable.

A small swimming pool filling a large portion of the area and i think the atmosphere of the hotel is excellent even in the best neighborhood.
The courtyard is stunning, with a central pool and candles lit every night around the historical artefacts that are incorporated in the design of the architecture.
In addition the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is fresh.
