Particularly good location for visiting bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Loved my exceptionally clean room and the pool was nice. Excellent staff who cared about me.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were not so helpful.

The setting was stunning, close enough to fashion outlet, Chicago on a connecting flight to SF early the next day and the airport and fashion outlet. Every staff member was amicable and exceptionally nice. Our room had a very comfy bed and an excellent view.

The location close to everything clean could get whoever I want was particularly good for us. My rooms were perfectly clean and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Every member of staff was excellent.

The location is good, it's in O'Hare district just next door to Chicago on a connecting flight to SF early the next day and Shopping outlet and O'hare and the mall. Every time in Rosemont, we choose this place.

Convenient location for airport travel and warm welcome from staff upon arrival. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds. Free coffee in the lobby and close to several dining options for convenience.
Housekeeping needs improvement. My room had a lingering chemical smell, and there were missed details like leftover soap scum in the shower and no complimentary water.
