My apartment was quiet just off all local shops and bars and restaurants, a taxi, and supermarket and prom. And thanks to its central location it was quiet and unbeatable, in nice quiet area. The staff was always extremely helpful and very amiable.

A quiet apartment, everything was good!
Had a very relaxing stay during 9 day visit. Staff was dedicated and provided us with a sofa bed, tea and coffee making equipment, and television. The location was fab, a 10-minute drive to Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park. Further, we were adjacent to shops and bars, bars, and the beach😃

The apartments were great value for money and very clean. The staff, both at reception and the cleaners, were friendly and helpful. The south-facing apartments provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
There was a charge for the wifi, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the rooms could have been cleaner, with dust and cobwebs around.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location not far from a quiet area, all the bars and the capital, everything amazing. Really friendly apartment's staff. Large and well-maintained room and an excellent pool. A bidet bath, shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet. Location close to shop. 20 minutes walk to El Barranquillo.
