This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located next to a university campus, it has a nice vibe and is in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms with big balconies and beautiful views offer a great place to relax. Additionally, the breakfast included is a fantastic way to start the day, with a magnificent view of the mountains.

1-Resturant crew don't speak English language -which is very important for communication- 2- No bellmen to carry laugage. 3- Cleaning pipe beside W.C.is very important.

Only stayed one night instead of 3 as stayed with family but the staff young and were excellent, and freindly, and very helpful in every way to assist in getting information about getting about in Klagenfurt. They spoke English and communicated very well and made you feel at ease. The tv in the room had a guide so I could find the news at least in Englsih (as I spoke no German) compared to the hotel I had just left in Salzburg which was limited and had no guide. I was worried about dust due to asthma but the hotel was spotless and my extra blanket was waiting on the bed. Near to local facilities minimundus etc

There was nothing I did not like. Ii would recommend stayng here.

The location was fantastic as we could easily walk or bike to the nearby lake. The hotel facilities were clean, and our room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Alps. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

Stayed for ironman karnten 2011. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from bike transition and 10 mins walk to the lake and the xbo, so perfect location! Also from an athletes point of view, great breakfast!

Just the simple things that can make all the difference, like tea and coffee making facilites in the rooms, air conditioning and an extra (hard) pillow would have been great but I guess I could have asked for one!!

Great value and perfect location! The hotel offers a comfortable stay and it is in a convenient location, easy to access main roads and public transportation. The breakfast on the roof terrace is worth the stay alone, with a stunning view and plenty of delicious options to choose from. We also loved being close to the lake and having access to great restaurants in the area.

Smoking on the balcony was not pleasant, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. The smell unfortunately permeated into our room, which was a downside.

Ideal place for peoples in transit oferring decent conditions. Easy go in/out to motorway.

Budget feeling but nothing to complain with this price!

The hotel is in a wonderful location, close to Minimundus and the beautiful Wörthersee. It's also next to a university campus, which gives it a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are adequate and minimalist, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious and comes with a magnificent view of the mountains.

No air conditioning

I liked the location; in a stroll distance to Minimundus and Worthersee. Breakfast on "the top of the tower" in a shiny warm morning was really a perfect daystarter.

Good location near the lake and park "Minimundus". It's easy to reach town center and railway station by bus (bus 80/81 st. Klagenfurt Universitat). Large loggia by the room.

Not very clean - I found somebody's hair in my bed! You can't read in bed - the lamp is situated too low. And reception (and hotel) is really closed from 23 to 7, it's very ancomfortable!

Great location, close to the lake, Minimundus, and university. Good breakfast. Open terrace with lake views.
