Good clean hotel, all at a very reasonable price and free wi-fi/computer in the lobby.

Very good location, close to old town and there is secure parking available at the hotel in an underground car park for a reasonable price.

Walking distance to castle & old town and right near all the shops. The hotel is very well situated in the heart of Annecy.

Comfortable and well placed within the city, reasonable value, friendly and pleasant reception staff. A very nice room, great breakfast and a good choice for two or three days.

The old town, best to park in one of the nearby lots and there's a small bar. No extra pillows available.

I was able to leave my car in a secure location, the hotel was perfectly located in the city to allow easy access to the lake and the staff were really helpful. The rooms were simple, the breakfast was good.
