The non-smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the beds were uncomfortable.
Also, the room was very noisy with a lot of loud and random noises, which partnered with the uncomfortable beds made for a sleepless night.
After a long drive through ice and snow we got to the hotel and were greeted by a clerk who was not unfriendly, but definitely could smile and offer better service.
