The bed and breakfast located in a charming neighborhood with plenty of transportation options, allowing easy access to Manhattan downtown and midtown. The rooms are spacious with nice bedding and towels, and the service is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and delicious spreads. The kitchen is large and immaculate with plenty of cleaning supplies.

I recently stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast in New York and I must say, the experience was fantastic. the hotel is conveniently located right across the street from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Secondly, the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, complete with all the necessary appliances. This was a wonderful feature as it allowed me to cook meals whenever I wanted. Lastly, the attention to detail in the room was impeccable. From the fresh sheets on the comfortable bed to the cleanliness of the entire space, I felt truly taken care of during my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates and inclusion of basic amenities. The rooms, including the smallest and most affordable one, are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. They come equipped with everything you could need, such as a computer, iPod dock, coffee maker, and air conditioner. The comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets ensure a good night's sleep.

Cosy, delicious breakfast

This place was amazing! The room was so cosy and decorated beautifully. The best part was the breakfast that was included – so many options and all delicious. Plus, the location was just a short walk from the subway and a great neighbourhood to explore.

That it was a bit difficult to find at first, and the subway nearby was a bit noisy. But overall, it was still a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located in a neighborhood that holds a lot of meaning for us. The location itself was great, right across the street from the subway station that takes you to One World Trade Center in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is equipped with all necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi and a desktop computer for guest use, and the room was impeccably clean with shiny hardwood floors and freshly laundered sheets on the bed. The staff were very helpful in making our arrival and checkout smooth and easy.
