  Lady in charge of breakfast area was helpful and the food at the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly very honest and room was fine.

  About 30 minutes by public transport from the historic centre of Verona, standart 3 stars hotel like other Holiday Inn and the rooms are at best only OK.

  The staff is not friendly and dinner and lunch menus are very limited, and breakfast choices not good.

  Clean, spacious shower and breakfast was good.

  Hotel was far from the City Center, u had buses every 20 min, was not appropriate at all and the staff assisted us was not friendly and impatient.

  Near the town center parking and very good value. Low price, free Internet wifi in the lobby was a bonus and the staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. The rooms were comfortable, toilet was clean and breakfast was a generous buffet.

  Very good price and location, good, clean hotel, i appreciated the staff being accommodating of our needs. Rooms are well equipped, the waiter is very professional.

  The elevator is noisy and breakfast is too expensive. The concierge has no business being in public unsupervised.

  Quiet location and clean, Good Value. Not bad comparing to price we have payed, staff are friendly and the room could not be faulted clean and comfortable.

  The breakfast is very expensive 13 euro per person and the receptionist is very rude.
