        • The front desk staff were beyond polite, getting hot water was impossible.
        • For good local and we tried the spa : really nice.
        • The rooms are probably the best we have ever had in a hotel, the staff are friendly- they put on a great show for returning guests and in the bathrooms you had to run the water for 4-5 minutes before you got any warm water.

            Excellent value for your dollar, great Staff and i liked the big, spacious room. The breakfast a fast, for good local.

            The laguna area in general was more expensive, the toilets were not rightly cleaned.

            Now a best western hotel and great service. The suites are plenty spacious.

            The beach is a dream, thewater at xmas is like a bath and the area is never too busy, the pools are beautiful just not as cool as you would like after a hot day.

            Nice view and nice food, the boat ride to the beach and other resorts was fun and quick, location and hotel facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were spacious and the shuttle service made things quite accessable. The new outdoor sushi/steak restaurant was very good and the choice of ceral and fruit was the same every day also the cooked items needed to be varied. The pool was very disappointing.

            Free ferry to the beach, the island is fantastic and the location is nice and quiet. The hotel is very good, the staff are very sincere and polite, room greAt and comfortable, air con is a blessing. The main pool near the restaurants is the nicest, the Angsana Spa and Massage facility is wonderful and should be used.

            The beach is lovely and easy to get to via the little ferry, the prices are reasonable at the Canal village shopping centre in the Laguna complex. The hotel itself is pleasant, staff are very friendly and responsive to our requests, balcony rails, needing a good wash and rotting away. The food in the resort is also great.

            Near a beach, beautiful location and all hotels are easily reachable via free shuttle bus are driving around nonstop. Staff there are lovely, the apartments are very nice and are reasonable value, breakfast is also good.
