We were lucky to stay at this luxurious hotel for a night and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal, close to top tourist spots and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel itself was nestled on a beautiful golf course, offering a serene and peaceful environment. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional, always happy and pleasant to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering services like room service, laundry, and tours assistance. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available, with a restaurant, bar and snack bar on-site. The meals were delicious and reasonably priced. we highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my father's needs, quickly moving us to a single-storey room. The pathways were flat and easily accessible for him. The location, surrounded by beautiful golf greens and gardens, was a sight to behold. The restaurant served delicious meals and the service was exceptional. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of shelter during heavy rain and outdated rooms, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable apartment which was well maintained, great location to access Eaton Rec centre, pleasant surroundings and not too noisy. Continental breakfast was well presented with adequate healthy choices. TV channel choices were appreciated. We used and appreciated the pool/spa area.

Not sure if there are barbecue facilities but it would be great if they were.

Our townhouse was very clean, the beds were so comfortable my children wanted to take them home! Local to town centre so any groceries were easy to purchase.

As a resort style complex i think a gym would be beneficial, and the pool heated. The food at lunchtime was delicious and very reasonably priced, wish this could be continued into the evening.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel on the edge of a beautiful golf course. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect. Moreover, I loved the fact that the hotel is close to the city center and top tourist spots of this city. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and pool area, were outstanding.

My kids love this resort and the pool and they love the staff at Victoria Restaurant which they are so friendly and helpful. We find this very relax and peaceful, plenty room for family. We will come back.

The hotel is situated right on the edge of a beautiful golf course that is well-maintained. The restaurant at the hotel offers great meals to enjoy while taking in the breathtaking views of the golf course. The staff provided good service, making our stay enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was unreliable.

No parking available near room. Had to walk fair distance from car park to room. Difficult to transport luggage as stairs, no ramps not undercover all the way was raining got wet.

The location and surroundings where really relaxing. The staff, including the restaurant staff, were so friendly. The restaurant food and presentation were exellent. We were there to visit family and will recommend the resort to other family members.

The location provided a feeling of peace and relaxation. An expasive location and in a surprisingly quiet location

The room was recently renovated, all amenities worked well, bed was king size and comfortable and the continental breakfast got the day off to a good start.
