Good location, near to CBD and the rates are excellent.

Not a luxury hotel by any standard, the staff were fantastic and helpful, we were able to access our room early.

Staff very helpful, large rooms and the cooked breakfasts great.

Great cleaning service each day room was always great to come back to each afternoon.

Very big room and checkout staff were friendly.

Love the balconies the view over the rose garden comfortable beds and hotel staff were very friendly too.

Our order got lost and when it finally came the salmon was mushy, it wasn't fully cooked and my granddaughter could not eat it.

We didn't have time to send it back, so she went without eating.

I do not believe they should have charged us for the meal.

Having the reception manned 24hours was great as we checked out at 4am for an early flight, rooms got serviced for free just liked the environment and the breakfast was good.

Clean stopover hotel passing through Christchurch and the Staff were very professional and friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and the motel was ok for the money.

      Love the balconies the view over the rose garden comfortable beds and hotel staff were very friendly too. Having the reception manned 24hours was great as we checked out at 4am for an early flight, rooms got serviced for free just liked the environment and the breakfast was good.

      Moved to a sister one down the road This was fine and the sofa was small and uncomfortable. Moreover spa was slightly too hot on first night.

      Very big room and checkout staff were friendly.

      Christchurch day felt rather depressing and also was not impressed having to put $60 on my visa for services used in the Unit.

      The staff were very helpful and the motel was ok for the money.

      Our order got lost and when it finally came the salmon was mushy, it wasn't fully cooked and my granddaughter could not eat it. We didn't have time to send it back, so she went without eating. I do not believe they should have charged us for the meal.
