Comfy and colourful hotel, welcoming staff, thoroughly enjoyed the awesome location close to restaurants in the hip Mitte district and Alexanderplatz train station. Our experience here was decent.

My stay was very pleasant during a business trip. Modern and warm room with comfortable beds, genuinely helpful staff — everything was perfect. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and flat-screen television. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location in the center, loved it.

We appreciated the convenience of the single room, as well as central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV set etc. Location: the hotel was near to Alexanderplatz tram station, and all the bars and restaurants in the hip Mitte district. Fast food restaurant Doner Inn was 500 metres away from the place.

Variety of options, nice food. Efficient staff, modern and warm rooms with four beds, bedroom, as example. Location just off major train stations and tourist sites in Berlin, Alexanderplatz and centre.

The hotel had an unbeatable location next to Tv Tower. The place had a family atmosphere.

The location was perfect, and we could reach b-Flat by walking. The room was good sized and bright with good bathrooms, comfortable beds and both blankets. The staff were very friendly and efficient and know their duties.

Besides, the location was perfect and comfortable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Museum Island.

Possibly the best and decent stay during a business trip. Great and brilliant location near train station and tourist buses, the centre, and the shopping area and train station in Alexanderplatz, only 5 minutes walk from Alexa Mall. Also, next to Christmas Market.

This hotel is excellent value for money, especially considering its fantastic location near the railway station and other transport links. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a nice-sized bed that is perfect for a couples trip. I also appreciated that breakfast was included and that there was free wifi available with varieties.

The airconditioner in the room didn't work. But the weather was nice enough that it didn't matter. But would've been nice to have the option.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to Alexanderplatz and within walking distance of many U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was very helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable for our two-night stay. The toilet and shower facilities were small but clean and nice. The WiFi connection was also reliable.

We felt so much at home during our stay that we have no reason to complain.
