  The location was good and staff were very efficient - taxi booking etc. Cost were excellent and having a cafe in the lobby area was very useful. The service was great and the receptionist in the evening was very helpful. Beds were comfortable and the food at their cafe/restaurant was nice.

  Noise from nearby rooms could be heard during the night plus plumbing noises from above unit used, not worth the money we paid for and wireless broadband was available. Several of the lamps were broken, the pool was clean.

  Very handy coffee shop, the street is busy during the day and close proximity to various cuisine. In addition lots of interesting places to eat within walking distance, the service is great always and comfortable bed making for a good nights sleep. The kitchen would be 1 metre square that and liked meals down stairs in cafe.

  Location was great and off street parking was good. My stay was more-or-less enjoyable and i enjoyed the relaxed ambience of the lobby. The staff were fantastic and late check-out was immensely helpful.

  The room we had was very comfortable and spacious, the pool was a bit disappointing.

  The location is perfect, there very free bikes available in this bike friendly town and close proximity to all my needs & attentive staff. Walks around the surrounding streets are interesting for the heritage housing styles in very leafy settings and good air conditioning systems. Easy to access services/food even was a public holiday often is a problem.

  The iron board cover is worn and dirty, would not use bathrobes & skirting boards very dusty.

  The location was excellent, good size balcony facing onto pool so was quiet & away from street and this hotel was in a great place. Staff were friendly and room kept clean. The facilities were wonderful.

  Free off street parking and set in a pleasant area. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and please note that my low ratings are for the original 1 bedroom apartment we were given - dark. I liked also the fact that seemed you could get a meal at virtually any time during the day.

  Magazines nearby are 2 years old, a toaster I didnt even bother.

  Useful for my road bike and convenient location for Adelaide CBD are surrounds. The only compliment is the front desk staff are courteous and helpful, just book to your room.

  Excellent restaurants in the street, good location and the hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, the room was huge and spa was great.

  Near to torrent river and good restaurants nearby. Comfortable rooms in quiet surroundings, very enjoyable stay and convenience at a reasonable price for medical appointments. Staff very friendly and helpful and very comfy bed. Parking free so bonus, changed the sheets and nice food downstairs.

  Quiet surrounds even located in busy Melbourne Street, this I would score good in all areas and balcony to take in fresh air.

  The only negatives are there is no free WiFi is provided by many Hotels today and one front desk staff not so friendly.
