Location convenient to Dollywood and just one block away. Great value for money, a better rating would be more like 1 and the lobby is very nice. The staff here is awesome and the suite itself is very spacious. Good breakfast including cooked to order eggs and omelets.

Location was great, the breakfast was the only thing good at this hotel and coffee was available in the lobby. All the staff were friendly and the room was VERY clean. The kitchen came in handy, the food was excellent and the omelet lady was the best.

Mattresses were hard, towels were too small.

Good value, great Staff & and our grandchildren loved the pool and the hot tub. A well equipped kitchen, breakfast was decent and the omelets were delicious and made quicky.

Great location for Dollywood, the omlet station was perfect and the country breakfast was awesome. This place was wonderful and the price was reasonable. The lobby was super clean, from the moment we arrived the staff were fantastic and our room was cleaned every day from then on.
