The hotel itself is part of a large business centre, the price is a little high for some and the staff are courteous.
Excellent views, food prices were exhorbitantly high for a 2 star-hotel and the Parus staff was friendly and helpful.
You can have your laundry done in the hotel, but it is a little expensive.
The location is within easy walking distance to Cathedral Square, the staff is very polite and the rooms are very clean.
The train station is a 5 minute walk down the hill toward the park.
It is in a very safe place and you also have access to the train which takes you to downtown Vladivostok in about 15 minutes.
A small grocery store is also nearby and you can purchase almost anything you might want to have in your room to eat there (small refrigerators are in the rooms so if you don't want a big meal in the restaurant you can keep some things in).
Very nice views from room, this hotel was surprisingly good and the service was fantastic.
There is a lovely park in walking distance from the hotel, and you can visit the quiet beach waterfront.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and very secure.
Long Island Ice Tea and the Business Center is significantly more modern in its amenities.
The Hotel restaurant serves a nice breakfast, the cleaning/floor staff were friendly and the bathroom was large and comfortable.
In addition the food in the restaurant is delicious.
