Hotel Alhambra Palace Granada - 格拉纳达

Excellent location for Alhambra visits and next to beautiful parks.

The hotel's location is terrific for visiting the Alhambra, since it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance.

The location is perfect, within 10 minutes walk of the Alhambra entrance and at the top of the hill above the older parts of the city.

If you want (and you should) to visit the Al Hambra, jump on a bus or get a taxi.

On site parking is extremely limited, but we arrived by taxi.

The staff was very helpful, the bed very long for a tall man as was the bathtub and the food was just supereb.

This hotel is a classic, staff could not have been more helpful and reception cheerfully arranged to have an extra bed placed in the suite.

Better still he accused me of failing to put a notice outside my room asking for it to be made up despite the fact that they had succeeded in turning down the bed!

Later that evening I returned to my room to find the bed had been turned down.

Our bedroom and the bathroom were the same size, which is to say a very small bedroom and an average size bath.

Beautiful room, wonderful veiws from the bar terrace and the restaurant had very fresh food - fish.

The hotel restaurant is available if you want a more formal dinner choice, but we didn't try it, instead opting to have sandwiches and drinks in the bar/lounge on the main floor -- a bit pricey, but quite tasty.

Bar staff were very helpful, restaurant food was very good.

Breakfasts were terrific, afternoon tea terrific, drinks on the terrace were a delight but I would suggest that anyone staying in this hotel go out and find a restaurant in Granada.

Every bar gave you free tapas, the restaurant was excellent.

Overall impression - based upon the room (patches of worn out carpet) and the service we had and the staff (apart from the receptionist) no reason to come back.

The staff were really helpful and on the ball (I can't understand the person who found the service slow).

I want to particularly commend the concierge staff.

Staff were very helpful, bathroom were very comfortable and her luggage moved - all of this was accomplished whilst we went to the bar for a drink - exceptional service.

The location & views superb, excellent Hotel and car parking was a dream has I had a invalid parking for one of our friends the attention to detail from all the staff was a big 10 out of 10.

The lobby needs a little updating, but the staff were extremely friendly, the outdoor terrace overlooking the valley was peaceful and tranquil, and being within the walls of the Alhambra was both convienient for touring the site and magical.

The only problem we experienced was that we could hear the lift going up and down all night long especially when stopped; it made a terrible noise but probably it is just my sensitive hearing because they have never had any complaints.

The common areas are clean and in very good shape; our room was a little more run down (especially the carpet) though the paint was fresh and everything worked.

The service is good, rooms are nice and clean.

Our bedroom was mid-size and average clean.

Our room was modern, clean, spacious, and had a spectacular view of the city below.

Our room was small but clean and the view over the town was great, if a bit noisy.
