    The location is good, the hotel ensemble is nice and the lobby is large and impressive.

    I was picked up at the airport for a great getaway.

    He was informed that since we only had one bed (king) in the room, there was only one kiss for the room!

    We had reserved a family suite and after we looked at it our kids decided they wanted their own room so we went back and tried to change the suite to two rooms.

    The beds are old, the room has a musty smell, and the bathrooms are compact.

    While staying there I could get a hair cut, go to the tanning bed, have dinner, work out, go for a swim and go to the outside jacuzzi with my coctail.

    The linens on the bed weren't very comfortable, and I kept rolling toward the center of the tiny double bed all night.

    The food at the Lonestar (restaurant attached to the hotel) is fabulous, and if you order room service, they are very fast with bringing it to your room.

    Don't go to breakfast too early because they won't have all the food out!

    A hot tub, the nice bar facilities and the food was excellent at Caseys.

    Secondly, there is a restaurant grille called the Lone Star Texas grille which has great food and a kid's menu to satisfy everyone's tastes.

    We got a package deal with a buffet breakfast and the train ride tickets.

    We asked the front desk for a dinner suggestion and they were very helpful again (different staff) and gave an amazing recommendation.

    We stayed in one of the renovated rooms that are definitely worth looking at and we found the staff courteous and pleasant, not only at the front desk but in the hallways when we couldn't find the computer centre.

    The front desk staff gave you the feeling that they were looking down on you.

    The pool is great, they even have a kiddie pool with a waterfall, a hot tub and sauna.

    Others may enjoy the spa and pool but, for me, after a day on the train in the fresh air, nothing was as relaxing as the bar with its superb martinis - vodka of course.

    Only good thing was the pool and sauna facilities.

    Not to mention, the wireless connection was "poor" and they charge you for local calls.

    A pub on site is nice, the staff is always friendly and the rooms are super clean.

    The bathroom was impeccably clean but impossibly small.

    The rates were very reasonable and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

    The hotel seems new, I don't know the year it was built, but it is very clean and nice inside your room.

    The downstairs of the hotel was nice and they showed us another room which was so small, but nice and clean.

      Lovely pool area and the staff at The Water Tower Inn were extremely helpful. The downstairs of the hotel was nice and marie in a historic building was reasonably priced. The rates were very reasonable and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

      Really nice pool area, modern decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot tub were beautiful, resturant food was great and that our dinner was extremely tasty. Facilities were very clean.

      The building was old and the wireless connection was poor.

      The pool area is very nice and the staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are beautiful The food at the Lonestar is fabulous.

      Waterfalls just a short drive from the hotel and a slow elevator is very irritating.

      Sault Ste Marie has some wonderful marketers promoting and excellent service. The rooms were adequate, the Caseys restaurant was quite good and the pool was great.
