  Excellent location and value, very convenient for arriving in London via Paddington Station. The hotel seemed clean, steak houses seem to be popular and staff are nice. Comfortable and water presser is good, the breakfast is adequate.

  Location near Paddington tube station, the hotel is situated on the nice and rooms and toilet are very clean. The continental breakfast is just that.

  Very convenient for arriving in London via Paddington Station, good location and customer service was great and the hotel itself very clean. The staff were excellent and beds were comfortable. Pleasant continental breakfast included in price.

  Our room overlooked the street and even had a tiny balcony, the bedclothes and curtains were dirty, the receptionist had very poor English just offered a 'sorry.

  Just 3 minutes walk to Paddington underground station and Paddington railway station, the location is superb for the tube loads of eateries around. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

  Dirty towel on floor behind toilet and breakfast is not good.

  Nice and handy for Paddington Station, a good location, the staff of the hotel was excellent. The beds were comfortable, continental Breakfast was toast and weetabix/rice crispies.

  The location was brilliant and not value for money stayed in many cheaper nicer hotels. Staff were very good and very comfortable beds, was a pleasure to sleep on every night. The free breakfast was not worth the price.
