Nice place to stay in Bennington, nothing to complain about.

An a queen size bed was a bonus. Hotel's so close to tourist spots like Hannaford Supermarket. One of the dining options, Pizza Hut was 20 mins walk away. We totally recommend once again

The rooms where large and comfortable. The Inn keeper and House keeper where friendly and helpful. The breakfasts where filling and tasty. I would recommend it.

The rooms are really beautiful, with a lot of exquiste taste, very clean - it has been one of the best b&b we have ever been! We felt really like at home! It would have been perfect without the "minus" for the flexibility at the breakfast menue.

The only minus: the choice of breakfast is very limited: there is one breakfast menue (though good quality) but it is not possible to order a "normal" breakfast with eggs, ham, hash brown and toast. We are diabetics and all the proposed breakfast menues were good and tasty, but with lots of sweets and there was no possibility to have an ordinary wheat or white toast with butter. We think, that a minimum of flexibility at that point it would have made this location perfect! The waitress asked for another choice "I am just the messanger....."

Limited tv channel selection-no local programs, decaf coffee would be a plus, too much road noise, pillows too hard, Website indicated non existing bistro for dinner.

Staff, which is only owner and wife, are very friendly and kind and they try to make everything as good as possible to you.

Pictures of the hotel on the website are definitely better looking however the room itself was very spacious and nice. Breakfast could have a few more options of bread, they only had croissant.

It was located in a quiet area, the Inn keepers were friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts were very good.

Daniel, was very accomodative and helpful and he made us a very good breakfast.

Everything was fine. The rooms look a bit old (in terms or decoration style) and it was unfortunate that the air conditioning unit had to be in the bathroom instead of the bedroom. With really, for the price, it was very comfortable. The room has a fire place but I thought that this was quite unnecessary as it did not add a romantic feel to our stay as it was not very impressive.

Dan was very hospitable, friendly, and service oriented. Lovely location with view of Bennington Monument and moutains.

The information on Booked.net is a little misleading. "Close" to the town centre is actually 2.7 miles away. The hotel has a bistro but this is only available for couples who stay more than 2 nights and only has space for 4 couples (the hotel has 9 rooms) This being said we did have a lovely meal in "The Publyck House" half a mile up the road

The innkeeper was very nice, as was the staff. The room was very nice, but the a/c did not work very well. Unfortunately it rained quite a bit so we did not get to enjoy the gardens as much as we would have liked.

Host was great, Room was great. Wifi . great breakfast. close to where I needed to go.

Our room was wonderful and the breakfast was outstanding. Wish we were not limited by travel time but hope to return again and will recommend to family and friends.
