Spa saved the whole stay as hotel environmemt was extremely disorganised, the location of Alexander House was perfect for us close to Gatwick and service were very good too.
The location is peaceful and the hotel is listed in the Small Luxury Hotels Of The World.
We liked hotel location, alexander house markets itself as a luxury establishment and great customer service an brilliant facilities.
On the whole a fabulous hotel, excellent service and sofas etc then the bedroom had a wonderful 4 poster draped bed.
The room, and gorgeous 4 poster bed was covered in decorative wood panelling from head to toe, making it almost laughable at how elaborate the decoration was.
The hotel is lovely, the majority of the staff are very good and amazing- rooms are individually designed.
Rooms are really nice, the food there is superb and the spa is very well designed and attractive.
Beautiful place, staff very friendly and they up-graded 3 of us to wonderful rooms.
Staff are friendly, a superior room including breakfast can be had for 98 is superb value and gorgeous menu in the restaurant not to mention the Spa.
Rooms are beautiful, outdoor jacuzzis all of are very well maintained and the food in Alexander's Restaurant is delicious.
