The location is perfect with the main old town square literaly five minutes walk , Tram and bus services are also idealy located.

Excelent location just a few steps away from main square and excellent value for money> Well situated> I've been several times.

Located only couple of mins walk to Main Square and this hotel is in an ideal location.

Go to Auschwitz by organised bus not taxi the bus is 120zloty and that includes your guide Taxi is 400zloty plus extra for guide.

If you are traveling around use the local transport the Tram the are very frequent and such fun for only 2.

We had 3 rooms between us and all were of a same standard – very clean, warm and comfortable although in the triple room the third bed was a pull out sofa bed so the room was a little bit cramped.

Triple rooms are 2 singles and a sofa bed -- very cramped but ok if used as a double.

The room itself was quite small but more than adequate for us, the room came with a mini bar TV ensuite with a very large shower but no bath which didn't bother me.

We didn’t spend much time in our rooms as we were there for only 2 nights but they were well equipped with a modern TV, mini bar, and nice bathroom as well as plenty of wardrobe and desk space.

The rooms were nice, the wired internet connection was included in the price, and the cost of using the phone in the room was the lowest that I have ever seen in Poland.

Breakfast was varied and very plentyful, the restaurant also has a good evening menu however like restaurant across the world quality did vary according to who was in the kitchen.

Our group of 12 ate in the Hotels restaurant on our last night and the food was very good.

Breakfast was good, but they don't clean up after the people who have eaten before, so you will be cleaning up after other guests in order to eat.

I recommend going down for the breakfast early in the morning when the variety of the food is wide.

As for the city itself, I would recommend visiting one of the four Chlopskie Jadlo restaurants which serve traditional Polish soups and meat dishes at a very reasonable price in lovely surroundings.

The staff nor the room service ever showed any kind of disrespect because of that.

German-style sausage the only hot items, staff friendly and receptionist very helpful on our arrival ans showed us to our rooms.

The reception staff were very helpful and were attentive to any of our needs.

Great location, the Hotel Alexander was warm and welcoming, the reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel is right in the centre of things and the main square is only a small walk away the hotel reception staff at this hotel were excellent and really did go out of their way to help us with anything we needed they were super!

We had a great time, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for what we needed.

Sauna - they advertise one, but don't have it!

It was clean, the bathroom was quite small, but convinient.

The staff was kind, the rooms were very clean and modern, the breakfast was part of the price was very good.

Friendly staff, good clean room and beautiful breakfasts in the morning.

Bedrooms are very clean and good they serve traditional Polish breakfast 10am so you get a bit of a lie-in.

Staff very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, excellent buffet breakfast included.
