Great location for exploring the city's attractions, with a private beach nearby. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Private parking available, and shopping complex within walking distance.

Excellent location, exceptional rates. 900 feet away from the hotel there is River Cafe, which is a good dining choice. Superb base for weekend in Malacca.

This hotel is located right in the midst of Melaka's historic landmarks, making it extremely convenient to visit all the attractions. The rooms were spacious and kept clean, with basic amenities provided. The staff were attentive and the service was good.

Everything was fine and there were no major issues.

Its location is very good. The Bamboo Hut cafe is still good. The rooms are well furnished.

The standard has dropped from when I went 6 years ago.

This hotel is right in the midst of Melaka's historic landmarks, making it the perfect location for exploring all the attractions this city has to offer. You can easily walk to many tourist sites and there are even brightly decorated trishaws nearby for photo opportunities. The hotel staff provides excellent service, with the hotel manager being very patient and helpful in answering any questions or concerns. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, and the Aldy Suite is especially spacious and comfortable for large families.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

This is my second time to Aldy, the first was with a friend and we stayed a night I had a good impression and therefore this time I stayed at Aldy again with my boyfriend for 2 nights. We had a nice clean room and the location of the hotel was perfect. You can go to all the places of interest easily. The hotel is truly value for money, with a clean and comfortable room.

The location is excellent to discover Melaka, even if a bit difficult to find by car! The restaurant and bar downstairs are quite good value and quality for money. If you want to spend 1 or max 2 nights, it is still a suitable place to stay.

It would just need a bit of renovation/refreshing (carpets, wallpaper and painting), and it would be a perfect place to stay to discover easily the historic center of Melaka.

Good breakfast and location. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants.

Location is a plus point for travellers who don't drive.

Hotel room is run down, smoking smell, bed shaky. The aircon drip sound from the pipe in the washroom is very loud that we have to close the toilet door in order to sleep, the dripping still could be heard but minimize. Lift itself also has a very bad odour. We were attracted to the location and it's exterior but were disappointed.

Central to the must see parts of the city shopping, food, river cruise and Information Centre.

Value for money accomodation .
