Exceptionally clean place accompanied by efficient and extremely friendly staff. New-fashioned standard double room like in picture. Convenient and easy location, to a pub down the road. Based just next door to the Dewsbury town centre and town hall, Wakefield, and the garden.

The room was modern, budget and complete with the 2 bedroom bungalow, shower, for example. The breakfast with tatty filter coffee was served in the bar.
