If you are looking for a quality, centrally located hotel for a reasonable price, this is the place for you.

When we saw our bathroom at the Albergotto, I was so excited because it was large, and has an actual bathtub to soak in.
Our room was always cleaned by noon (even if we were only gone for an hour in the morning), and every day except one the beds were turned down.
Good food, both choice and quality at breakfast, but no restaurant.
We had early reservations at the Academia the next morning and they let us eat breakfast earlier than the time it opened being 7:30.
My work stay became a pleasant "soggiorno" in Florence, thanks to the restaurant hints they gave me.
Breakfast was also lovely - a selection of fruit, danish, rolls, cheese, ham, juices etc - just a case of helping yourself!
The hotel is surrounded by upscale shopping, great restaurants, GELATO, everything Florence has to offer.
Location was fabulous, during this time we felt that no effort was made by the hotel reception staff to make our stay more comfortable I found them unfriendly and the gentleman behind the front desk was fantastic.
The service staff was very friendly, especially with carrying all of our bags up the entry stairs.
What I did love about the hotel was the accessibility of the reception staff prior to our stay.
VERY helpful bellman and front desk woman who organized the car parking service for us and lugged our bags up the steps.
We were charmed by the entrance (yes, it does require a walk-up of 1 flight of stairs until one reaches the elevator), but.
Parking can be arranged in a garage by the hotel.
Only downside is that one has to walk up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator to the hotel.
The staff is polite, recommend to anyone wants a clean room and breakfast is simple.
