  Great location, the staff were fantastic and the hotel had lovely lounge areas, the receptionist was wonderful and the bellman showed us to our room.

  The staff were friendly and the location excellent, the hotel was fairly well centered in the middle of all of the attractions of the city. The room was clean, spacious and daily we had clean sheets.

  Very welcoming and the location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant, the room was beautifully appointed and the food was top notch.

  Huge bathroom, bed was comfy and the view of the piazza and marina was great, the hotel location was good, the staff were very friendly.

  The room was extremely noisy all day and all night, the breakfast was also only mediocre.

  Hotel restaurant was very good and the staff were pleasant.

  On site carparking was expensive at 22 euros, our room smelled really horrible and was dirty.

  Very good hotel on a magnificent lake, helpful staff and room very clean and excellent parking facilities. Due to early departure we missed breakfast.
