Hotel Terminus Como - 科莫

Very well located in city center and the location of the hotel was very near the station.

Very well situated, the hotel location was good and the front desk was unfailingly polite and helpful.

The location is fabulous, the Albergo Terminus is a beautiful hotel located on Lake Como and we explained happened to the front desk in very calm.

We took a taxi from Como San Giovanni station and would strongly recommend this if you arrive at this station.

If you are traveling to or from Malpensa Airport, the small Como Lago station is a very short (less than 5 min.

Located on the 4th floor and with a great view of the lake, we had a very good sized room with an excellent comfortable king size bed.

The bed was uncomfortably firm and the only way to watch the small 15inch TV set was to sit or lie on the bed.

There was a room safe (though it seemed a bit complicated to use), refrigerator, small TV and very clean, modern bathroom.

The staff was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent staff, comfortable bed and superb food.

Lack of a full restaurant and indoor lounge bar area a slight draw back.

We found the breakfast to be nothing special and the restaurant, though it had a lovely terrace for aperitivo time, to have mediocre food.

A lovely outside patio next to the bar upstairs, excellent mattress and the free Breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast was pretty expensive, but all restaurants right on the lake were pretty pricey.

We did not try the hotel’s restaurant Bar del Terme for dinner but it is a small upscale restaurant with a terrace next to the garden and with a very nice view of the lake.

The service was great, and staff very helpful.

The check in process was smooth and the front desk staff was friendly.

We explained happened to the front desk in very calm and the receptionist stated that this is we paid for.

We then complained to be met with dirty looks and a relatively dis-interested attitude from the staff at reception.

This hotel is well placed and lobby area is old style beautiful.

Actually navigating to the hotel by car is not that easy due to the one-way street out front, but they have a convenient garage for parking.

We didn't have cars but noticed that parking was available literally steps from the front door.

The service was superb, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the continental breakfast was fine – an assortment of cold cuts.

The service was great and the room itself was generally very clean.

It is an older building, but we saw two rooms -- both of which were perfectly clean and recently remodeled.

It was immaculately clean, with nice linens, and comfortable beds.

The room was dark with older looking flocked wallpaper and older looking bedspreads but seemed clean enough.
