During our xmas stay, we found the facilities to be clean and functional. The staff was generally helpful and kind. The location was ideal for those looking to be close to the town center and a grocery store. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the suite and the rustic dishes served at the restaurant.

There was no daily housekeeping despite what was advertised, and there were no washing machines in the unit. some areas of the suite lacked proper lighting, making it dark and difficult to navigate.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Asiago. the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. The location was also perfect, being close to the center of Asiago and directly across the street from a large grocery store. Additionally, the staff were absolutely fantastic, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the bathroom downstairs. Moreover, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Great location and spacious rooms, perfect for a Christmas family staycation. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the rustic local dishes that gave us a taste of the area. The tea house/bar made for a cozy atmosphere, where we enjoyed quality time with family and friends. the kids loved the various activities available, including the bowling alley and fuzball.

The amenities were somewhat misleading on the website, particularly the lack of housekeeping and shared washing facilities. It was also disappointing that we had to ask for clean towels and were not provided with basic cleaning essentials such as dishwashing soap or paper towels.
