The location was super central, right in the heart of the city! The room was mind-blowingly spacious and clean, with a jaw-dropping closet area. The check-in process at Hotel Posta was seamless and the room had all the comforts I needed, including a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a built-in kitchenette with cookware. The security was excellent and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The lift made it easy to access my room on the second floor. The fitness center was a great bonus for staying in shape while traveling. a fantastic experience!

The room size and the cleanliness, young staff serving breakfast was excellent, the breakfast was good.
Confusing booking in, confusing directions on how to get there, the different names used for the hotel, the room was too too hot. I would still recommend it but explain in fully the confusion and ask for a different room.

the cleanliness of the room, the staff who were for the most part friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast. i particularly enjoyed the location and centrality of the hotelto the town
the smoking throughout the day and night was very bothersome. It would be helpful to have service for food- beverages, and snacks available at the hotel.

All our needs were thoroghly taken care of by Hotel Posta. Their breakfast was outstanding each day . The location is totally Reggio central and right at the town square. It's a smaller city and we chose that so in and out of town to visit other great and wothwhile towns like Parma, Montova, Bucello [ home of Giuseppe Verdi] and other area castle towns. Make it a point to try Trottoria Morina on Corso Garibaldi 24,about 4 blocks from Albergo Reggio and a fine dining restaurant steps away from the Albergo called Notarie.

The hotel's location couldn't be better, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It's right in the middle of the city, close to all the main attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that felt very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Parking was located quite far from the hotel, and it was difficult to find due to the surrounding pedestrian zone.

Good location close to historical sites and pedestrianised area. The proximity to the monuments makes it a great place to stay if you like sightseeing. it is close to public transport, shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.
The biggest downside was the absence of breakfast. In most Italian hotels, breakfast is included and having a good start to the day is essential.

We had an excellent stay at the recently refurbished Albergo Reggio. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was lovely. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with all the attractions within walking distance. The staff at the nearby Hotel Posta, where we checked in, were helpful and friendly, and they even helped us with our luggage and provided an electric adaptor. Despite the lack of included breakfast, the value for money was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel was conveniently located in the historic area, making it easy to explore the town on foot. There was also a nice market nearby and plenty of shopping options. The room was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly upon our arrival, providing no information about the hotel or surroundings. the breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food was poor.
