The hotel staff was great and helped any time we asked. We liked the breakfasts, and that they were included in our stay. The location was excellent, the lobby was beautiful and the room comfortable. We did not have good experiences (twice)with dinner in your upstairs restaurants.

The location was within easy walking distance of some great sites and easy access with the Metro. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. Whilst most rooms in Europe are small, this was well laid out.

As a guest of the hotel, still required to pay a surcharge in the restaurant. Otherwise no complaints, would definately stay again.

We thought the staff was wonderful, very helpful. The location was great and our room was comfortable and quiet. Loved walking a few steps to the rooftop patio.

I would have liked another pillow.

I was impressed with the professionalism of people working in the reception area as well as the ones serving the breakfast. Special thanks to the blond lady at the reception (I forgot her name) who arranged our trip to the aeroport.

The hotel was sparcelly decorated to my taste, and too expensive.

The staff was great. Rooms were large and bathroom was great for Europe. Location was off the beaten path but close to the gardens and the was a plaza right outside the hotel with markets going every morning. Restaurants and bars in the plaza which made it a lot of fun. Young groups of Italians hanging around every night on the plaza. Could intimidate some, but we loved the energy and local feel.

Very friendly staff. Central location. Clean, comfortable, airy rooms. Quiet as its off the main streets. Close to many good restaurants including Hard Rock Cafe on Via Veneto. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Taxi Rank, Tour Buses and Metro all a short walk away. Breakfast very nice.

Room entertainment could be better - only four TV channels. Rooms a little cramped but adequate. Computer available but very limited uses - cannot print or save files which meant I couldn't print or save our boarding passes.

The superior room was a good size for a city hotel and importanly for us central but quiet at night which is unusual in a large city centre. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect for having a good start on most typical roman attractions: Fontanan di Trevi, Spanish stairs, Vatican City,...etc. The receptionist is simply adorable and willing to give the best tips for Rome.

We had a Junior suite...and the standard for a top-of-the-class room (even for a 4 stars) hotel is low. It is a duplex, main bedroom on top floor, very italian style. But the bed is hard as rock and the pillows too flat. The furniture a bit too simple and the amenities basic. Breakfast was included but also not very good. For the price paid, I'd recommend some of the five stars hotel in the proximities of Via Sistina!
