Marvellous location a 4-6 minute walk from Piazza del Popolo. Romantic and elegant unit with a double bed, pleasant staff. A wide range of options, fab food.

The food was lovely and the staff were enthusiastic and welcoming. My room with the facilities are all modern and was available plus a very very comfortable bed was functional and big size.

This hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. You can easily walk to almost everything, as it is situated in a pedestrian area within a traffic-limited zone. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a sumptuous Italian style, with attention to detail and a very comfortable double bed. We stayed in a tower view room and were impressed with the level of comfort and elegance. The breakfast offered at this hotel is simply exceptional. The pastries are delicious and the selection of cereals, cold meats, and fresh fruit is top-notch. It's a great way to start your day, especially with the included breakfast in the room rate.

Everything about this hotel was great; we couldn't find any faults.

Historic building with an excellent location right in the centre of the historic city.

The location is good. The rooms are of good size, particularly the bathroom. The restaurant is well considered. Overall finish and maintenance is good.

The room seemd quite noisy because of street noise (hard to keep out without firmly shutting the windows, which may not be a good idea in summer because of the poor air-conditioning) and, worse, noise and conversations from adjacent rooms. The room furnishing were adequate, but not particularly welcoming. The sense is of a hotel that could be much more comfortable if the management went that little bit extra.

Nicely appointed hotel, exceptionally clean, attentive staff, location in quiet neighborhood close to old town was magnificent.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old city. The location is absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance to almost everything. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a sumptuous Italian style, and I was delighted to find a very comfortable double bed waiting for me. The bathroom was great, with a lovely marble floor and a shower that had hydrojets and a rain shower head – a luxurious touch. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is impressive, from the antique furnishings to the provision of bicycles for guests to use for free. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the exceptional pastries that were included.

Rooms are small

The Albergo Cappello is ideally located to see the wonders of Ravenna. The staff are universally hospitable, friendly and helpful. There were so many little touches to make one feel comfortable, at home, and completely at ease. This is a small hotel, but they provide excellent accommodation and service with grace, gentility, and certainly seem to like what they are doing and the opportunity to help their guests.

The hotel has a lot of historic charm and character. We enjoyed the complimentary nibbles that came with our drinks in the wine bar. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town.

Our room had very limited storage space and we wished there were more drawers. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant was closed for several days and we were only able to dine in the bar, where the service was a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel, frindly personel, excellent restaurant parking close by. Resonable price. We enjoid your stay very much.
