The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect, right by the train station and just a short walk to the beautiful center of Mantova. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for our large family.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

This hotel is well situated for walking into the old town of Mantua and was easily located on driving into the town. It is simply but adequately furnished, very clean and offering good amenities. The provision of safe parking was a big bonus.
This is a large hotel which made it feel a little impersonal but this was not a major problem. The area around the station is not particularly attractive but this is outweighed by the fact that the hotel is easily located by car.

I chose this hotel for a work summit and was impressed by the service provided. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered convenient amenities such as 24-hour front desk, meeting facilities, and room service. The location near the train station and within walking distance of the historic city center was also a plus.
The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with computers and printing facilities.

It appears to be a family run hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and very clean. We wanted bicycles ( as Mantova is excellent for cycling) and staff were able to offer us free municipal bikes which were in wonderful condition. We asked for a large bottle of sparkling water one night after cycling and were given it without charge. Every request we made was met with a pleasant and helpful attitude.
The hotel looks uninspiring from the outside, but this is deceptive as it seems to be run by people who take a real pride in their good service.

Confortable bed, clean room, silence. Very good if you just need a pleace to sleep. It's really in front of the Mantova train station, not too far from the city centre (10-15 walking).
The brekfast is just terrible.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel in an excellent location, just across from the train station and close to the historic center. Our room, number 138, was spacious with a comfortable double bed and a large window that could be darkened for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also spacious and the overall cleanliness was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the city.
Nothing not to like. 😊

Booked via internet. Apparently no problem at all. When we arrived they knew just from the name we gave, we didn't need the booking ref. Number.. All very efficiently organised. Reception very friendly and extremely helpful - and with sense of humour."Continental" breakfast pleasantly copious - apparently unlimited supplies of croissants etc.We could leave our luggage all day with reception after we cleared our room. We'd go back there again.

Location is very important for us and having your hotel just across the road (5 metres away) when you come out of the Railway Station is as good as it gets! Also, it was within walking distance from all the sights in this town. Though we normally book four or five stars and we chose this three star hotel because it was so near to the station, we were not sorry.

Great location for exploring the city as it is close to the train station and just a short walk from the city center. The parking on site was a huge advantage for us, especially during the busy Easter holidays. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The surrounding area was a bit dodgy with some shady looking people hanging around outside the hotel which made us feel uncomfortable. , the room was quite cramped and outdated with small beds and a tiny bathroom which did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

The room was quite spacious and quiet which we had requested. The breakfast was good value and the location close the railway station was convenient. .
The airconditioning was rather noisy.

This was a good three star hotel. Having read some of the reviews I was apprehensive so it definitely exceeded my expectations. I had two rooms, a single for me and a suite with balcony for my mid-70's parents. Their room was lovely and quiet and faced onto a pleasant internal courtyard. Mine had no balcony but was a good size for single room and had a large bathroom. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were very friendly, though they spoke little English (like all the Italians we met in Mantova) - so it helps to brush up on your Italian. It was in a good location opposite the Station - surprisingly quiet and safe/clean for city station.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy - but it worked! Breakfast was simple and continental - but exactly what you'd expect for city hotel at this price.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near the train station. The room was nice and the staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the hotel had a lovely garden. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Conveniently located opposite the train station, perfect for easy travel. Friendly and professional staff who are always helpful. Stayed in a spacious, apartment-style room in a courtyard, great for families. Secure parking available. Close walk to the historic center. 😊
